My Grandpa Brandt’s house has finally sold and somehow I was deemed worthy to carry on the family grandfather clock so I now officially have the first piece of furniture “in place” at the house….

I remember hearing this clock all the time when I would visit him. I am honored to keep it and look forward to hearing it chime in my house.

We closed on our house yesterday and we have everything in the house that is from our storage unit in Georgia. I am waiting for furniture to be delivered today from ahuge shopping spree earlier this week. As soon as I get some of it in and put away, I will try to share some pics but right now I would just be taking pictures of rooms full of boxes!! :)
